1. Who we are
PilotMe is a Windows desktop AI assistant offered under the AiBORG brand. AiBORG is operated by Nyarum Yapu Joram, trading as M/s NEWCORP, a sole proprietorship based in Arunachal Pradesh, India.
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nyarum Yapu Joram, trading as M/s NEWCORP, responsible for operating PilotMe and deciding how personal information is used for the service.
Contact person: Nyarum Tama Tacho
Privacy questions, complaints and data requests: zbedaa@gmail.com
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the PilotMe Windows desktop app, the pilotme.ai website and support tools, and the optional older browser connector (pilotme.ai/connect/).
PicPoem is a separate AiBORG product with its own app privacy policy, linked in section 14. Other applications and websites you use with PilotMe have their own privacy practices.
3. Information processed by the Windows app
Account and connection information
PilotMe uses Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication. Account and session information, such as your email address, authentication identifiers and session tokens, is processed to sign you in and connect your account to the service.
Questions, screenshots and screen context
When you ask for help, your question ordinarily goes to the PilotMe service together with a screenshot, unless Privacy mode is enabled for that question. Relevant window information may also be included, such as a window title or application context.
Your screenshot or question may contain personal information, private messages, documents, or information about other people visible on your screen. PilotMe uses the supplied content to generate guidance and identify supported controls or actions. Conversation or task context may be included to continue a “what next” interaction.
Voice input, where available
If you use available microphone input, audio can be sent for speech-to-text processing. The resulting transcript is treated as a question. Availability depends on the app release, microphone permissions and transcription service.
Local actions and technical information
PilotMe can use local Windows accessibility or interface information to locate controls, show highlights, and perform supported clicks or typing. Questions, screenshots and relevant context are processed through cloud services even though the resulting action happens on your computer.
Account or request identifiers, app or device context, connection information and diagnostic events may accompany service requests or appear in technical logs used to operate and troubleshoot PilotMe.
4. How information is used
- To authenticate your account and maintain your service connection.
- To answer your question using the screen context you provide.
- To identify or perform supported controls and actions and continue a task when you ask for the next step.
- To investigate errors, maintain reliability, protect the service and handle support requests.
- To meet applicable legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests.
Account and connection information are needed for the signed-in assistant. You can use Privacy mode to ask a question without its screenshot; guidance may have less context for that turn.
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. See section 8 for requests and section 7 for controls that affect future questions.
5. Service providers and disclosures
PilotMe uses external services for authentication, AI processing, hosting, connectivity and email. Depending on the function used, these services can receive account or connection information, questions, screenshots, relevant context or audio.
- Authentication: Google sign-in and Firebase Authentication process account and sign-in information.
- AI guidance and transcription: AI services may include OpenAI and Anthropic, depending on the feature and service configuration. Request content can be processed to produce guidance, planning or transcription.
- Hosting and network services: GoDaddy hosts the public website. Hosting, storage and connection services can process request metadata and information needed to deliver the service.
- Support email: your email provider and the provider hosting our mailbox process messages that you choose to send.
Handling of request data by an AI provider, including retention, safety review and any use for model improvement, depends on the provider’s applicable terms and the service’s account settings. This policy does not promise that all providers use identical retention or training settings. Contact us for information about the providers and settings relevant to your use.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to address a security or abuse incident. An action performed in another app or website can submit information to that service under its own privacy practices.
6. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information, the service involved, whether a request or support issue is ongoing, and applicable legal or security requirements. We aim to limit how long information is retained for operating PilotMe.
Our operational retention targets are:
| Information | Retention target |
|---|---|
| Screenshots and screen images | Typically no longer than 72 hours after the related guidance response, unless needed longer for an active security, abuse or support matter. |
| Voice audio | Typically no longer than 24 hours after processing. Transcripts follow the retention approach for question-and-answer text. |
| Questions, answers and task context | Typically 30–90 days for service operation and troubleshooting. |
| Technical and connection logs | Typically 30–90 days, subject to longer retention needed for security investigations or required by law. |
| Account profile | While your account is active, with a target of about 30 days after a verified deletion request, subject to applicable legal requirements. |
| Support emails | Typically up to 12–24 months, depending on whether the issue, related follow-up or a complaint remains active and whether a record is needed for legal purposes. |
These periods are retention objectives, not guaranteed automatic deletion deadlines for every copy. Implementation, provider retention, security records and backup expiry can differ. Data retained by a service provider may follow the applicable provider terms and configuration. Contact us to ask about the information held for your account and the deletion options available.
A change to Privacy mode, signing out or uninstalling PilotMe does not itself delete information already sent. You can make a deletion request using the contact process in section 8. Information may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to address an active dispute, security incident or abuse matter.
7. Your controls
Auto click is enabled by default in the current Windows desktop app for supported actions. For a “where is…” question, PilotMe shows the control without clicking it.
- Privacy mode: skips the screenshot for a text-only question. The question and account or connection information can still be processed. It does not recall or delete information sent earlier.
- Esc: pauses automatic clicking. It does not turn on Privacy mode or stop screenshots being included with future questions.
- Voice: use typed input if you do not want to use a microphone.
- Screen content: close sensitive windows before asking a screen-based question. Avoid including passwords, payment details, private documents or information you are not authorised to share.
- Sign-out and uninstall: sign out when finished or remove PilotMe through Windows. Use the separate request process below for information already held by the service.
Review the result of supported actions, including clicks or typing in other applications, before continuing. Ask “what next” when you want the next step.
8. Requests, choices and complaints
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, obtain a copy, request deletion or restriction, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Objection: where applicable, you may object to certain uses of your personal information.
For a request or privacy complaint, email zbedaa@gmail.com with “PilotMe privacy request” in the subject. Include your PilotMe account email and explain your request. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or unnecessary sensitive documents.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that you are entitled to make the request. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. If an exception limits a request or some information must be retained, we will explain the relevant reason.
You can stop submitting new questions and contact us to withdraw consent where applicable. Some functions may be unavailable if information needed to provide them is no longer processed. Withdrawal does not by itself reverse processing that has already taken place.
You may also be entitled to raise a complaint with a competent authority under applicable law. Contacting us does not prevent you from using an available statutory complaint process.
9. Website and support tools
The marketing pages on pilotme.ai do not capture your desktop screen or microphone for AI guidance. Interactive demonstrations use predefined example content. The optional browser connector described in section 10 is a separate experience.
The supplied marketing-page code does not set advertising cookies or include an analytics SDK. Our hosting provider can process information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps, and may add traffic or performance measurement, including its own scripts or identifiers.
The support composer creates an email draft in your own email application. The website does not send the message for you. Your email provider transmits it when you choose to send it, and the information you include becomes part of the support correspondence.
Links to Google Play, downloads, app stores and other external services lead to services with their own terms and privacy information.
10. Optional older browser pairing
The older browser connector is separate from the main Windows setup. Starting it creates a session used to pair a browser with an existing mobile setup. Its QR image request sends the session-bearing connection address to the external QR image service at api.qrserver.com.
After you authorise browser screen sharing, screen images, questions, the connector page address, browser information and session information can be sent to the PilotMe service. A paired app can request a screenshot while browser sharing is active. Browser voice input, if used, relies on the browser’s speech-recognition facility.
Stop sharing using the browser’s sharing control, or end the connector session. These controls differ from Privacy mode and Esc in the Windows app.
11. Protecting your information
Keep your sign-in credentials private and review the content visible on your screen before asking for help. Use the official PilotMe website and download links, and keep your device and browser updated.
Cloud processing and data storage involve security risks, and no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your PilotMe account or a disclosure of information, contact zbedaa@gmail.com.
12. Processing locations
The operator of PilotMe is based in India. Authentication, AI, hosting and email services may process information in other countries, depending on the services and infrastructure involved. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence.
For information about current processing locations and any applicable international-transfer arrangements, contact zbedaa@gmail.com.
13. Age eligibility — 18 and older
PilotMe is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years old to use PilotMe.
If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information through PilotMe, contact zbedaa@gmail.com so we can review the matter and take appropriate action under applicable law.
14. PicPoem and other AiBORG products
PilotMe and PicPoem are separate products under AiBORG. This policy concerns PilotMe and does not replace PicPoem’s app privacy policy.
- PicPoem on Google Play
- PicPoem’s published privacy policy
- PicPoem support: picpoem8@gmail.com
Additional AiBORG products will identify the privacy information that applies to them. A shared brand does not itself mean that products have the same accounts or data practices.
15. Changes to this policy
We will update the “Last updated” date when this policy changes. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change in processing, we will provide that notice or obtain the required consent before the change takes effect.
