Frequently asked questions
A good place to look first.
Getting started, product questions, and privacy information.
What does PilotMe do?
PilotMe is a Windows desktop AI assistant. Ask a question about what is on screen; it uses a screenshot to help show or click the next supported control. It can also handle some supported typing steps.
How does Auto click work?
Auto clicking starts enabled in the current desktop app. PilotMe can carry out supported clicks and some typing steps. A “where is…” question shows the control without clicking it. Press Esc to pause clicking, and check the result as you go.
Where do I download PilotMe?
Use our Downloads page to reach the official download centre. Choose the release offered there. Contact support if you need help choosing a version or checking compatibility.
Do I need a phone or a QR code?
You can use the main PilotMe Windows desktop app without a phone or QR code. Install it, sign in with Google, and ask your question. For help with an older phone-pairing setup, contact support.
Can I ask a question with my voice?
Type a question, or use the microphone when voice input is available in your setup. Voice availability depends on the app version, microphone permissions, and the transcription service.
How do I pause clicking or ask for the next step?
Press Esc to pause automatic clicking. Ask “what next” to continue through a task. Pausing clicking does not turn a question into a text-only request; use Privacy mode when you want to omit its screenshot.
What does Privacy mode do?
For a question with Privacy mode enabled, the desktop app skips the screenshot and uses a text-only turn. Your question and account or connection information can still be processed by the service. See PilotMe app information for the distinction from website privacy.
Do I need an account?
Sign in with Google to use the Windows assistant. Follow the app’s sign-in prompts. For access or usage-limit questions, contact support.
Which computers does PilotMe support?
The current product is built for 64-bit Windows. For your exact Windows version, device, or software compatibility, ask support before installing.
Does the Windows app use browser screen-sharing prompts?
The Windows app captures a screenshot for a question unless Privacy mode is enabled. This differs from the older browser connector, which uses its browser’s screen-sharing controls.
What is PicPoem?
PicPoem is a separate Android app by AiBORG. It turns photos into personalised poems and offers creative image transformations. Visit the PicPoem page for its Google Play link and app information.
Where can I install PicPoem?
Install PicPoem from Google Play. Availability, age rating, device compatibility, and any purchases are shown in the store.
Who should I contact about PicPoem?
For PicPoem app support, email picpoem8@gmail.com, the support address listed on Google Play. For PilotMe or this website, email zbedaa@gmail.com.
How do I request deletion of PicPoem account data?
Read the app’s published privacy policy and contact PicPoem support. Identify the account in your email; do not send your password.
Does this website send my support message automatically?
The support composer opens a draft in your own email app. You review and send it there. This website does not submit or store the form contents.
Where can I read the privacy information?
Read the PilotMe privacy policy for the Windows app, website and older browser connector, including service providers, retention targets, controls and data requests. PicPoem has a separate policy linked on its product page.
